Excellent cleaners. I had a king size comforter cover cleaned. The price was excellent and it was placed in a nice storage bag. They provideexcellent alterations I bought a skirt on eBay that normally would be very expensive. But it had a broken zipper. The new hidden zipper was a perfect match and only $20. I would also like to say the staff are very friendly. Love the over night service if you need it. My clothes always come back in excellent condition. Love their hours. Their overnight service is excellent and not any more expensive than regular service. I am so glad I found Sparkle Cleaners

Quick, efficient and friendly service. I needed a suit dry cleaned for a funeral and they were able to get it done and I picked it up the following day. Awesome place for dry cleaning. They offer 3-hour service available 7 days at no extra cost in store. Great friendly staff and reasonable prices. They will also pickup and deliver your items. They did a great job on our items and were flexible with the date needing them completed by.

Long overdue review -- First off, I wanted to give a big "Thank you" to Sparkle Cleaners for going above and beyond with their service. I accidentally got makeup and gum on my Burberry raincoat, and I was at a loss about what to do, considering it is a $700+ item... My main concern was that the gum was stuck in several places all over the jacket. Not sure how that happened, but it was there after a long night of drinking. After doing some careful research on Yelp and calling around, this place was the only place to reassure me that they would try their best. That was all I needed to hear. Most other places I called heard that it was gum on a designer jacket, and they immediately told me there was nothing they could do to remove the gum. They also didn't want to risk further damaging the jacket. So, I took the jacket to this place and they told me their plan of action. They also took my phone number down and told me that they would text me when they were done. A week later, they texted me, telling me that they would need more time to fix the jacket since removing gum off clothing is not an easy task. I agreed and told them to take all the time that they needed. A month later, they texted me to come in. I was completely blow away by the work. This was not a small gum stain that they had to work with. Truthfully, I feel bad that I probably made them suffer with this jacket for so long - but they were very kind and did a wonderful job without any complaint. The jacket looks brand new with basically no trace of the giant gum stains that were all over the back and hood. I am so happy, and I have only praise to offer. Thank you so much, Sparkle Cleaners, for saving my jacket and saving me from spending a ton of money on another one. You have definitely earned a lifetime customer in me.

Open every day, they do good work with quick turn around if you need it. They are very friendly, professional and will have you in and out in no time. It looks like they do the work on site so they have the ability to work with you when you need something in a hurry. They also will pick up and deliver.

Love these guys! Been sending my clothes here for 5 years now twice a month, with no issues. They also pick up & deliver to certain areas.

Sparkle cleaners is about the only thing I will miss about San Jose smh I love their consistency they do great work, and they have good customer service.

Ive been taking my clothes to this cleaners for the past 3 years, the staff is super friendly and very attentive when I arrive. They also take my clothes and put it in the back of my car. They also do delivery service and pickup if you need that, the owner gave me a hook to hang my clothes and for the clean clothes to be left if i choose to have it delivered, but I haven't tried it. One thing I'll say that I don't like is that they tag all your shirts with a piece of paper that says the day it was brought in. Its more of a minor inconvenience but still... overall I like coming here.

Amazing! I purchased this Alice + Olivia dress from eBay and it smelled like bbq (I have a good sense of smell, so for me it really smelled)! I was looking for a dry cleaning place near by and wahla this magical spot popped up! My dress is now super clean and the smell is gone all done in the same day :). I will definitely be back.

My husband had a very nasty incident this past week while having his blood drawn for some medical testing. Unfortunately, it resulted in the needle site bleeding after he left the blood lab. And, not just a few drops, it was all over the inside of his lined jacket arm from elbow to the wrist area. I immediately took it from him and drove over to Sparkle. They said they weren't sure if they could get it all out but at least they could lighten the stain.

He just picked up the jacket this afternoon; got home and really inspected the finished product. Sparkle was able to get ALL the blood stains out and even some old grease stains out as well. He was not expecting this result but I told him they could do it and they proved it.

I don't live near Sparkle so it is a "drive" to get there but it sure is worth it!

I had the BEST experience with Sparkle Cleaners on my wedding dress.

Logistics:I moved up to Seattle just before my wedding, but left the dress in Sunnyvale with my parents because my husband and I went straight to our honeymoon. I wanted to have the dress cleaned in the Bay Area so I could drop it off at a consignment store and I was able to schedule pick up and drop off from my parents house and pay remote without any hassle. They contacted my mom directly and worked within her schedule on the delivery windows.

Cleaning: The dress came out practically brand new! It had a lot of tulle layers that picked up a fair amount of dirt, fuzz, leaves, etc as well as a stain from a spilled drink on the skirt and they managed to get it all out!

I can't thank them enough for returning my dress to pristine condition and recommend them without reservation!

The customer service is excellent! I came in on Sunday and needed my clothes done on the same day. I talked to the owners and they were so accommodating, managed to finish all my clothes in a couple of hours. So grateful to them, I will definitly be coming back!

Sparkle Cleaners is a 5 Star business. I brought my wedding dress here post wedding to be cleaned and preserved. They did such a great job. My dress was trashed from partying all night and now it looks brand new. Their presentation of the gown and veil is beautiful and I'm so happy!

I was in San Jose for a short week and needed to get several military uniforms cleaned and pressed. Thankfully sparkle cleaners provided same day service and they did a great job on the uniforms. I reccomend if you need a quick turnaround and quality results.

Took 3 dresses in to get cleaned. They did a really good job and the dresses look very clean. I am taking a point away because I made it a point to ask about removing a scent from one of the longer dresses which they said they could do. I picked it up with only a visual inspection and 2,000 miles later I unpack the dress for a wedding reception and notice the scent is still there. I know it's hard to remove stains and scents and I should have checked before leaving the store so I could have paid extra and had them try again. Despite this I hiccup I will definitely return to this cleaner. The people were very friendly and I think prices were fair. $10.95 for short dresses and $15 for long ones.

Very good customer service all cleaning is done at the location and they are quick. Plus they are one of very few open on a Sunday. Dropped three shirts at 5pm Sunday and they were ready Tuesday afternoon. For a nice touch they had a lil cardboard insert to keep collars up and it said thank you. Jus a classy place and it looks super busy.

Perfect every time! The one time when it wasn't, I was immediately compensated without hesitation. Pick-up/delivery -- excellence!

No complaints here! Dropped off my husbands suit and 4 dress shirts Monday morning. The lady at the front said it could be ready same day if I wanted! I didn't have time that day so I came back Wednesday and his clothes we're beautifully cleaned, pressed and bagged. Really good prices too, $20 for everything.

I got my 4-year old wedding dress cleaned here and it was returned to me in immaculate condition.

I was going to deduct a star because I went to pick up my dress the day it was promised to me (3.5 weeks later) and it wasn't ready. The cleaners apologized as they forgot to call me and needed four more days to do a second cleaning of the bottom of my dress; not all the dirt came off on the first go.

The next day I received a text (with another apology) that my dress was ready (they must have re-prioritized my dress) and they got everything out - even the In-n-Out stains on the front!

They could have easily told me that the dirt on the train wouldn't come out, but I am extremely impressed and appreciative that they took it upon themselves to do a second cleaning and got everything out. Can't recommend these guys enough!!!

By far the best dry cleaners! They have same day if you bring it in before noon! They can have your clothing cleaned in 3hrs if you pay in advance! To top it all off everything is clean when you get it back!

I am so impressed by this place. The whole experience from start to finish. This place is the most honest dry cleaner I've ever been too. They have a great and organized check in system which electronically logs your name and adds up the total for your services so you don't end up surprised at time of pick up. This place has great pricing on men's shirts. My work jacket was $7.50, but men's shirts were just over $2. They didn't damage the buttons and the press was perfect. My husband complained that the collar was flat and he doesn't have a flat neck, so minus a star for that. He will press his own shirts until he falls behind, then we will be back for more flat neck shirts again soon.

I would give them 5 stars for their quality of dry cleaning alone, the added benefits of same day service and pick up/delivery during the work week just puts them on another level in this area. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We went through many dry cleaners until we found Sparkle Cleaners, we'll never go anywhere else.

They did an awesome job of dry cleaning a large blanket that smelled like dog. Reasonable prices, completed as promised. I will keep using them for future dry cleaning needs.

A grade service, Pam was friendly and courteous when I arrived the first time and apply the discount for the new customer. Next time when I went to pick up my laundry pants and shirts, the owner, Miss Alka was smiley, got my name correctly and clothes were ready to collect. Great job on laundry service. They also have clothes drop off service to your home if u live nearby in the neighborhood at certain threshold cut-off price

I'let me start by saying this I'm not one to believe all the hype and rave reviews people put on yelp. Took my suits and shirt here to dry clean and one of my suits had a loose button on it. They fixed it for free!!My usual place I was going to (which I'm not anymore) charge for doing that. Also their service was prompt and professional. They also delivered at the time it was going to be ready. Highly recommend this place.

You walk in and they greet you with friendly warm attitude. Explained services you may need and how to preserve the dress after you get it back from them. A nice reminder call to remind you to pick up but you can pick up any time after that with no rush. Beautifully boxed up the dress and veils and neat display. Strongly recommended.

I was in San Jose for a vacation and got spots on two very expensive dresses. I spoke with Ashook and he picked up the dresses within a few hours and had them delivered the next day by 11:00AM. They are both perfect and look like they are new. The white dress was returned white - not off white!! The difficult spots were all removed leaving no trace of them behind. And, they were only about $10.00 per dress!! Extraordinary!! I wished there were more dry cleaners with this level of expertise and customer service. Also, Tim the manager is such a pleasure! You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH SPARKLE DRY CLEANERS!!

We used Sparkle Cleaners for years, up until recently when they told us they wouldn't do pick up/delivery services anymore. I was extremely upset since no one could beat them with wash and fold and dry cleaning services! Everything always was done impeccably, the clothes would arrive so clean and fresh I enjoyed wearing it after (even though there were times when I would find some a unfamiliar underwear or never see some of shirts again).

Literally devastated that they don't pick up/deliver anymore, things got complicated with some other customers, they said. Trying not to assume anything, but maybe they just stopped delivering with us only. Nonetheless, they are pretty far from us, so now I need to find something else.

This is my go to for dry cleaning services. I drive out from downtown SJ because you can't beat the service, price, and friendly welcome.

I been looking for a new dry cleaner for over a year. Being as picky as I am and with hit or miss experiences, I needed to be sure I can find one i can trust with my favorite nice clothing. (i still miss my Burberry sweater the last last place ruined).

Anyways, after following the reviews, I stumbled upon Sparkle cleaners and they are now my new go to dry cleaners. Very professional and courteous. They took care of all my questions and concerns. My clothes came back in good condition and when one of my Michael Kors coat had a issue they help me redo it multiple times until I was satisfied.

The plaza they are in is kind of sketchy and their prices are kind of high for the area but I have not experience the switch pricing as mentioned in the previous reviews. Plus I am more concentrated on if they can get the job done which they have on my first visit. Hopefully it will stick.

I have one statement to make: It's probably the best dry cleaning service I have experienced since living here in California for the past 11 years.

What a great place to leave your valuable clothing behind for cleaning. At least in my personal experience, I buy clothes I like, and try caring for so they last. The cleaning part is a very delicate one on some items ( suits custom shirts etc. ) I have had other local cleaners loose my items, and or miss stains, and simply do a poor job. These folks simply do it well, and communicate well. They get it ! Thanks.

Very friendly and they delivered as expected. I was pretty nervous to get my wedding gown cleaned, hearing other horror stories about dry cleaning experiences. But I chose this place based on the reviews, and I'm happy I did! The dress looks great, they had it ready before the wedding when they said they would (even a little earlier), and they even put it on a nice hanger to help keep its shape. Very happy!

When I take my dry cleaning here, it comes back with no odor. This a great green cleaners. I'm so glad you can get your clothes cleaned without chemicals, and they do a great job.

In an effort to save space in my closet, I brought my wedding gown to be cleaned and preserved in a box. I didn't realize how large the box was going to be (32"x22"x8"). The gown is beautifully preserved.

Not every dry cleaner also preserves and boxes wedding gowns, so I would recommend coming here. Just make sure you have space to store it. :)

If you are a procrastinator like me, this is the place for you. You can bring in your clothes at 11:30 / 12:00 and they'll be ready at 2:30 or 3 for you!

The staff is kind and the price is affordable.

I dropped off a dress shirt, slacks, and a blazer at around 10:30 am, and it was ready by 2 pm to pick up, at no extra charge!

I don't typically use the dry cleaners often, but all of the spots I tended to visit in Albuquerque, NM never offered such fast service. At least 8 hours or a full day in order to receive what I did at this dry cleaning spot in California.

The service was good, and the man behind the counter who helped us was kind and informative. It seemed like they had regular customers there, and I would honestly be one too, if I still lived around that area!

The parking is convenient (a private lot in a plaza), and although they seemed incredibly busy and packed with other people's orders for dry cleaning, they still managed to get ours done! Still amazes me. I will definitely be returning here, should I need any more dry cleaning done!

I had an expensive, delicate, long silk dress that needed spot cleaning and steaming. I know that this particular weave of silk fabric is quite difficult to work with so I knew there was a chance that the stains could not be removed.

I appreciate that they were honest with me. They called to let me know the status of the cleaning, and ultimately they were able to get the stains out without damaging the dress.

Everyone working there is genuinely friendly and honest. The prices are also very reasonable too.

We've been going to this place for over 2 years now. The owners are very nice, friendly and hard working. The rest of the staff is also very nice. They take all major credit cards and have delivery service which I haven't used. Come to think of it not sure why not, will give it a try soon. Overall 5 star service and I recommend them most for their excellent customer service.

Very happy about this place. My wedding dress and my husband's suit had gotten blue fondant icing all over them. I didn't think either of them could be rescued. But Sparkle Cleaners took a few extra days with them, and my dress came out perfectly white, and the suit was also clean. I came here because I saw other reviews that mentioned dresses being saved.

A huge 5 stars to this business! I was driving 2 hours out of town to attend a wedding in San Jose and I still needed my bridesmaid dress pressed. The closing time was 7pm and I was still on the road at 6:55pm so clearly I was freaking out. I called the location and let them know I was still on my way but might be past closing time. The lady was so understanding and said she'd wait for me....finally I arrived and quickly sorted out what I needed and the workers were understanding and so patient and helped me without any hesitation. I was able to pick up my dress in a timely manner and I will definitely be using this dry cleaner again whenever I'm back in town.

I absolutely love Sparkle Cleaners because they do an amazing job and they do it quickly. I brought in a few cardigans that were beginning to pill. When I got them back, they looked new! No pilling! The pleats in my skirts also looked great when I got them back!

I'm a stylist for a menswear brand and was in town visiting a client . I needed a shirt dry cleaned asap! I also needed to shorten a suit jacket sleeve length. I was given the name of this place because they have same day services. I popped in, was warmly greeted and told my shirt could be finished in 3 hours . The jacket would only take a few days longer. She took my name and contact info . She said she would call me when it was ready. I was slammed that day and had to leave the area before it had finished so I sent my mom in. When she went to pay, the lady told her that I could pay the total when I pick up the jacket . Wow! Just overall very impressed . Great work and very reasonably priced . Will definitely use this place for future client orders

I recently moved back to San Jose and needed to find a reliable dry cleaners nearby. The people at Sparkle Cleaners do a really good job at an affordable price. They're also very accommodating. One time, the lady asked me if i wanted my shirts cleaned by tomorrow. That's a first for me. Overall, great service!

Sparkle Cleaners has become my go-to spot for dry cleaning, and I will specifically go out of my way to get my clothes dry cleaned here. The prices are reasonable, but their turnaround time & quality of service are what truly makes them so praise-worthy.

I've brought in an expensive dress that I thought I ruined forever with wine stains, and they were able to get it out completely. I've also brought in several of my winter coats, along with men's dress shirts and pants, and the clothes have always come back looking newer than before.

Just wanted to give them a five star on their excellent costumer service on doing their absolute best removing this stain of my suit.

Thank-you Sparkle cleaner for preserving my wedding gown. They did a phenomenal job cleaning my gown train. The dress looks new again. My wedding gown was an Allure bridal gown with a lot of ruffles, layers and long train. They cleaned it and spot cleaned a few areas with some make-up foundation I accidentally smeared. The dress was also placed in a beautiful box for easy storage and keeping. The box is not sealed and I can open and look at the dress anytime. Store owner was extremely nice and they were flexible in accommodating me to check on the dress before boxing it. I would highly recommend getting your gown cleaned and preserved here.

A Home Run in the 9th to win it! I called 8 other dry cleaners places before finding Sparkle. I should have just called Sparkle Cleaners first. I had a Giants Jersey that I needed cleaned before the big game. It was a huge mess, I neglected to clean it from the previous 2 games. About everything that could have been bad was bad (chocolate stain, grease stain, etc). Even I was wondering what I did.

After much calling last minute, it either appears every other cleaner didn't want my business or was legitimately closed the machines by 2pm. So with no expectations I made my 9th (and about to be final phone call). With no extra innings Sparkle hit a home run for me, originally I thought it was a small job. It turns out it was a lot more. I really, still, have no idea. The owner did not make a big deal about it, he knew the importance and he went the extra mile (or to use my bad baseball puns - he hit a grand slam!)

I had a great time at the Giants game, and we won 5-3 against the Reds. What a huge win all around!

Amazing service. The first time I went, the owner introduced himself to me and his wife. He also let me know that for people living in Santana Row they do drop off and pick up service so long as you are home to let them in. I'll be using Sparkle much more in the future!

Wow! I was so impressed with Sparkle Cleaners. I love their friendliness, their hours, and their service. I am a first time customer that was looking for cleaners near Valley Medical Center, where I work. I thought the experience was outstanding! I had forgotten to mention a missing collar button on one of 15 shirts I brought in. When I got my shirt back the button was already back in place! Wow. My new cleaners!

Came here based on reviews and once more was not disappointed by San Jose yelpers.

It's in a small shopping center and has three designated parking spots right out front for the shop. I came in the afternoon and it was pretty empty. It's right next to breakfast place (an am hotspot) so consider time frames when going. I brought a button down and a pea coat. It came out to $15. I really liked the customer service here too. They were really nice and talkative when dropping and picking up. I found my new go to cleaners

Definitely get your stuff cleaned here.   They are timely and good.  I have a nice top that they always get clean.

Best customer service my husband and I have received since we moved to Campbell from Seattle last August (2014). Not only did they do a superior job on our clothes & alterations, the owners are extremely kind and made sure we were both happy. He came out from the back, introduced himself & shook our hands. I believe his wife works the register. She is an absolute sweetheart. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Also, prices are good.

Good place to get your clothes altered.  I am vertically challenged so pants are usually long on me, thus I need to get my pants hemmed.  This place charges $8.50 which is a lot less than some other places that I've gone to.  I also get my clothes dry cleaned here as well.  They're a bit pricier than some other dry cleaners, charging $4.25 for blouses and sweaters.  It's in a hidden spot, wedged in between a dental office and chiropractic care office.  The service is good but don't expect the sales people to strike up a conversation.

I came here a few weeks ago to get my pants altered and they have a new policy of $10 minimum for debit/credit card.  Be sure to bring cash if your total is under that amount.

Sparkle is reliable and conveniently located.  The turn around time is normal, and they accomodate rush orders when possible.  They're friendly, and have convenient hours.  

I had a stained satin (down filled) jacket... I think it might have been Febreze... that they weren't able to clean.  But as far as I know, nobody could have cleaned it all the way.  Like Yagbad said, their creases are always in the same place and very crisp.

They aren't the cheapest place around, but I'm not even sure that's what I'd look for in a place you trust your delicate clothes to... I'd rather have good, dependable service, and that's what they supply.

I just moved to San Jose and I was scared to go to a new cleaners, but with Sparkle you don't have to worry. I had about 8 items to dry clean and they were able to do them ALL next day with out an extra charge. I have many beads and jewels on my clothing and they  were all perfect and they even got a stain out of my pants that another dry cleaner made. I also get my alterations done there and they are fast and amazing. I trust them with all my expensive clothing, including silk. I have gone to many dry cleaners and these are the ONLY ONES I CAN TRUST with ALL my clothing!!!! They are great and friendly!!

My wedding dress was sent there to be cleaned and preserved.  They did an amazing job and were decently priced.  It is in a beautiful box along with my veil.  It is not seal packed and can be taken out at any time.  Whatever their process is, I love it.

My boyfriend dropped off his very expensive joe montana to be dry cleaned for the niner game the following day and just got it back. The numbers are white and bright as if we just bought it and it was done same day with no extra charge. They close at 5 but I called and let him know id be there at exactly 5 and he had no problem staying open for me so we could get the jersey for tomorrows game. They are really good priced and super friendly. I will bring all of my future cleaning here no questions.

Until Sparkle.  Last-minute had realized that a suit I had sent for pickup on Wednesday actually needed to be done the next day.  Panicked, I called the morning that it was needed, and no questions asked, they got my entire order done within 3 hours.  Date night saved!  I can't wait to send them more of my clothes!  Reasonable prices, too - definitely recommend these guys if you are in the area!

Reasonably priced and up front about your costs (your total is printed onto your ticket so you know what you'll pay when you come to pick up).

My biggest reason for giving the 5 star review is that I took a jacket here that had stains that at least three other cleaners in the past have told me they were unable to get out.  I didn't even bother mentioning it when I brought the jacket in to Sparkle, but regardless, voilá- clean jacket with no stains.

Great service. I was disappointed when they closed their Cupertino branch but  they have offered free delivery and I love it!  Professional, always on time, do not look any further this is where you want you dry cleaning done!

I normally don't leave reviews, but this guy went above and beyond. Graduation ceremony in a couple hours, and the gown was wrinkled. Even though their equipment was shut down, he turned everything back on to help us out. Thank you so much!

It's a bit out of the way from where I live and work so I always have rush orders when I do have time to drop off clothes and Ashok and his wife have never turned me away.
I now take advantage of their pickup and delivery service, but I still like to drop in to say "Hello" to Ashok and his wife.

Super fast turnaround (even for large items like douvets) and the quality is excellent. Dry cleaning and laundered items always come back in perfect condition.

In particular, I had a pen mark on my shirt that did not go after regular home wash. It was an expensive shirt so I did not want to experiment too much at home.
